Welcome to my journey

For the past 30 years, I have dedicated myself to making music, experiencing both its profound joys and its most significant challenges. Throughout this journey, musical intelligence has consistently uplifted me. In addition to my musical pursuits, I am a seasoned IT professional and a dedicated health and fitness enthusiast. I recently found a new passion in writing, and this blog encapsulates my experiences across these three essential facets of my life—mind, body, and music. Thank you for joining me on this journey! ​

My passion for music

I was drawn into music at a very young age, and never detached from it. In one way or the other music has been an integral element in my life. Along my music career I have traveled and seen some the most beautiful places on earth. I have met beautiful people, and experienced different cultures. Musical intelligence can bring these experiences to you as well, all you must do is create the soundtrack that resonates to your journey. Let's find it out together!

HEALTH

I was not naturally athletic as a child, characterized by a chubby waist and skinny arms. At the age of 18, I embarked on my first fat loss journey, successfully shedding 30 pounds in just twelve weeks. While this left me lean, I lacked muscle size. One day, a group of friends invited me to a gym, and I truly developed a passion for fitness. Since then, I have remained committed to keeping healthy habits and making exercise a fundamental part of my lifestyle.
